ARCO Rights

If you wish to exercise your ARCO rights (access, cancellation, rectification and opposition to the processing of your personal data) or revoke the consent you have given to "company name", for the processing of your Personal Data held in our databases, you must contact Orange DCX through the Customer Service Channels and generate the request for consultation of Personal Data. Orange DCX will communicate to the Data Subject, via email or any means it deems appropriate, within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days from the date of receipt thereof the determination made, so that if it is appropriate, it will be effective within fifteen (15) business days from the date on which the response is communicated. When it is not possible to answer the consultation within the terms established in the previous paragraph, the above terms may be extended only once for equal periods and the Holder will be informed of this situation, indicating the reasons for the delay and indicating the date on which the consultation will be answered.

Claim for rectification, cancellation or opposition of Personal Data

In case you wish to file a claim for rectification, cancellation or opposition of Personal Data, you should contact Orange DCX through the Customer Service Channels and Orange DCX will attend your request in the same terms as the previous section of this instrument.

If you state, through any of the Attention Channels, that you do not wish to receive advertising, Orange DCX will proceed to make your request effective. In case you confirm that you want your Orange DCX account to be deleted, please send us an email to info@orangedcx.comconthe request to delete the account.

The deletion of the Orange DCX account will result in the deletion of all of your Personal Data, resulting in the loss of your entire purchase history as well as any rebate or discount coupons, and any other personal information that Orange DCX holds about the Cardholder.

The request of opposition of the information and the revocation of the Consent will not proceed when there is a legal, contractual or commercial duty for you to remain in our database.
